Graduated in Pharmacy and Biochemistry at the University of São Paulo (2005), PhD in Sciences (Biochemistry) from the Institute of Chemistry, University of São Paulo. Has experience in biochemistry and molecular biology, applied to the structural and functional study of proteins. Postdoctoral fellow of FAPESP and CNPq at the Institute of Physics of São Carlos-USP from 2010 to 2014, working mainly in biochemical and structural studies of lignocellulolytic systems applied to improvement of biomass degradation efficiency. Worked at the Sugarcane Technology Center (CTC) for 5 years in R&D and sugarcane Biotechnology. He is currently a senior scientist at Helix Sementes e Mudas, a company belonging to the Agroceres group in Rio Claro / SP, working in the field of corn biotechnology. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
