Master and PhD degrees from Applied and Basic Immunology Graduate Program at Ribeirao Preto Medical School (FMRP), University of Sao Paulo (USP). Completed a PhD internship at the Institute of Medical Microbiology and Hygiene, University Medical Center of the Johannes Gutenberg-University Mainz, Germany. He has expertise in topics ranging from immunometabolism, T-cell biology, inflammation, and autoimmunity. He is currently a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Department of Pharmacology of the FMRP-USP, where he develops projects that integrate the mechanisms of regulation of the immune response and tumorigenesis.
