PhD student in Social Sciences at Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP) in the line of International Relations and Development. Master in Political Science from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR), in the line of Political Institutions and Decision Making Processes. Researcher in the areas of Foreign Policy, Democratic Theory, Racial Democracy, International Institutions, Transition Processes and Foreign Policy Analysis. Research directed to the case study of post-apartheid South Africa. Member of the Center for Research in International Relations (NEPRI), collaborator and editor of the Conjuntura Global Journals and Journal of International Analysis. Fellow of the Coordination of Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES). He holds a bachelors degree in International Relations from the Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio Mesquita filho (UNESP), where he worked for two years as a scholar of scientific initiation from the Fundação de Amparo à Pesquisa do Estado de São Paulo (FAPESP). Formed by FGV in the short course of Mediation and Arbitration, a specialization focused on the area of alternative methods of conciliation.
