Bachelor in Nursing (2002), Specialist in Intensive Care (2004), Master in Nursing (2008) and PhD in Health Sciences (2015), from the State University of Campinas (Unicamp). MBA in Health from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (2012) and a Post-Doctorate from the Ribeirão Preto Nursing School of the University of São Paulo. She is currently an Associate Professor at the School of Nursing at Unicamp and carries out undergraduate and graduate teaching, research and extension activities. In management, she was an advisor to FEnf at Unicamp's Clinical Hospital (2018-2021), Nursing Coordinator of the Adult and Elderly Health Program of the Multiprofessional Health Residency (2017-2020). She is a Permanent Professor and Coordinator of the Graduate Nursing Program at FEnf - Unicamp (2023-current). She is also Leader of the Study and Research Group on Technologies for Nursing Management and a member of Sigma Theta Tau International. She conducts research in the field of nursing, with an emphasis on: Adaptation and Validation of Measuring Instruments, Environment of Health Institutions, Leadership and Management in Nursing and Patient Safety.
