Forestry Engineer by the Federal University of Viçosa (UFV), M.Sc. in Tropical Forest Sciences by the National Institute for Amazon Research (INPA), and Ph.D. in Remote Sensing by the National Institute for Space Research (INPE). She currently works as a Post-Doctoral Researcher (FAPESP) at the Center for Research and Innovation in Greenhouse Gases (RCGI/USP/INPE). Lover of Biogeosciences, specifically Tropical Ecology and Carbon Cycle. She has extensive experience in organizing field surveys and processing multitemporal active (LiDAR) and passive (optical) remote sensing data applied to forest dynamics studies in the Amazon.
