He holds a bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences (Licenciatura / Bachelor's degree) from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (UNESP / Botucatu-SP) (2009), MSc (2012) and PhD (2015) in General and Applied Biology, Cellular, Structural Biology and Functional by IB / UNESP / Botucatu-SP, acting on the lines of research: nerve-muscle interaction (neuromuscular junction), plasticity of the skeletal striated muscle, nicotinic acetylcholine receptors. He performed a postdoctoral study at the UFSCar - Federal University of São Carlos(2015-2018), in the area of neuromuscular plasticity (rheumatoid arthritis - AIA model in mice, knee osteoarthritis - TLCA model in rats) with a partnership with CRID - Center for Research in Inflammatory Diseases - USP / Ribeirão Preto / SP. Worked as a lecturer at the Federal University of Sergipe (UFS) (2013-2014). He carried out extension projects involving pediulus capitis (head lice) within the area of education and public health.
