Ph.D. student (Public Health Nutrition) at the School of Public Health, University of São Paulo (USP). PhD visiting scholar at the School of Population Health, University of Auckland. I'm a researcher at the Center for Epidemiological Research in Nutrition and Public Health, University of São Paulo (NUPENS-USP) [https://www.fsp.usp.br/nupens/en]. I have two degrees: Nutrition (FSP-USP) and Cinema (FAAP School of Communication).I studied the temporal trends of food consumption in Brazil (CNPq-DECIT scholarship). Also, I evaluated the environmental impact of food purchases in Brazil in a project developed at the Faculty of Medicine (FMUSP) in partnership with the University of Manchester, the University of Sheffield, and City University (Global Challenges Research Fund scholarship). I am a collaborator in the NutriNet Brazil Study, an ongoing cohort investigating the relationship between diet and chronic non-communicable diseases in Brazil. My research interests are food consumption in Brazil and Latin America, ultra-processed foods, social inequalities in health, the environmental impact of food consumption, and scientific dissemination.
