Wilson Cabral is Oceanographer (1996), with a master degree in Remote Sensing (1999) and PhD in Economics (2003). He is Full Professor at Aeronautics Institute of Technology (Brazil) and has been working on the following subjects: water resources, ecological economics. climate changes and sustainability.
