PhD in Nursing (2013) and MSc in Science (2005) from Federal University of São Paulo (UNIFESP). Certified as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) by the International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners (20082028). Specialist in Obstetric Nursing (2002) and Bachelors degree in Nursing (2001) from UNIFESP.Currently serves as a faculty member in the Department of Womens Health Nursing at the Paulista School of Nursing (EPE/UNIFESP) (2022present), and served as Head of the Department from 2023 to 2025. Director of the Ana Abrão Breastfeeding Center / Human Milk Bank (2019present). Senior Visiting Professor funded by CAPES at University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) (4 months, 2023/2024, CAPES PrInt Program).Advisor in the Graduate Program in Nursing at EPE/UNIFESP, member of the CENFOBS research group, and leader of the Postpartum and Breastfeeding Study Group (GEPAM-UNIFESP).
