Postdoctoral researcher at Hamad Bin Khalifa University (HBKU) in Qatar, conducting research on the critical role of metabolic stress caused by different training intensities in cardiovascular and neuromuscular adaptation in both young and elderly populations. With a PhD in Movement Sciences from São Paulo State University (UNESP), completed in 2024, he has a strong academic background, including a Master's degree in Motor Sciences (2016-2018) and a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education (2012-2015) from the same institution.I have a extensive experience in exercise physiology, sports performance, and the use of ergogenic resources, with a particular focus on biomolecular and neuromuscular responses to exercise and physical training. Throughout my career, I have stood out for my ability to integrate theoretical and practical knowledge, advancing the scientific understanding of adaptive processes in training.Additionally, he has teaching experience as a teaching internship fellow at UNESP and as a substitute professor at Paulista University (UNIP), both for the Physical Education course.
