Post-doctoral position at Institute Agronômico do Paraná (2016~2017) and Universidade Estadual Paulista (2017~2020) working on the improvement of coffee cup quality. Expertise in plant genomic (GBS and GWAS), transcriptomic (RNA-seq and RTqPCR), biochemistry (HPLC, UPLC and GC-MS), chemical ecology (terpene and P450) and bioinformatics.
