(Institutional affiliation for the last research proposal)
I have experience in animal genetics (small mammals, non-flying mammals, aquatic mammals and Amazonian fish), with emphasis on cytogenetics, phylogeny, phylogeography, molecular evolution and genomics. Bachelor in Biological Sciences at Federal University of Amazonas (UFAM) with emphasis on Biodiversity and Conservation. Master's degree in Genetics, Conservation and Evolutionary Biology (PPGCBEV) at National Institute of Amazonian Research (INPA), I worked with integrative taxonomy using morphological and phylogenetic analyses in bats. Currently I'm doctorate candidate at the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP) with comparative genomic and transcriptomic analyses of aquatic mammals.
