Graduated in Bioprocess Engineering and Biotechnology from São Paulo State University. During my undergraduate, I was awarded a PIBIC and FAPESP scholarships, leading research in Bioengineering/Biomaterials field, which consisted in the development and characterization of natural rubber latex membranes carried with drug with a possible biomedical application. In addition, I was awarded the BEPE-FAPESP scholarship, working on the project of the development and characterization of drug loaded polymeric biomaterials grafted by gamma irradiation.
