Bachelor in Pharmacy from the University of Campinas and PhD student of the post-graduate Program in Pharmacology, with an emphasis in Toxicology, at the Faculty of Medical Sciences of UNICAMP, in the laboratory of the Campinas Poison Control Center (CIATox), developing a project to identify biotransformation products of New Psychoactive Substances, as well as their behavioral effects in in vivo models. During graduation, he developed Scientific Initiation projects in Analytical Toxicology, acquiring experience with miniaturization techniques of extraction processes for the most varied biological matrices. He also worked as a toxicological laboratory analyst at CAEPTOX, having worked with techniques such as Liquid Chromatography, Gas Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry aimed at applications in Social and Occupational Toxicology. He acquired experience in the area of Clinical Toxicology, acting as an intern at CIATox in the care of intoxicated patients. In Forensic Toxicology, he worked as an intern at the Narcotics Laboratory of the Superintendence of the Technical-Scientific Police of Campinas, performing analysis of seized materials. He is a founding member, former president, adviser and current co-supervisor of the Academic League of Toxicology at UNICAMP (LAcTox). He is also a member of the Committee of Young Toxicologists of the Brazilian Society of Toxicology, the CJTOX. He is certified in a technical course in chemistry by the Conselheiro Antônio Prado State School (ETECAP). (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
