Igor d'Anciães Almeida Silva

Bachelor's at Physics from Federal University of São Carlos (2011), master's at Science from São Carlos Institute of Physics, University of São Paulo (2014), PhD at Science from São Carlos Institute of Physics, University of São Paulo (2018). Has experience in Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) in glass and glass ceramics and Electron Paramagnetic Resonance (EPR) applied to glasses, glass-ceramics, polymers, and nanostructurated materials. Spent three months at the University of Turin under the supervision of Prof.Dr. Mario Chiesa wiht funding from the USp-Santander mobility program (edital 04/2016) from Sep to Nov 2016. Developed a post-doc project at the São Carlos Institute of Physics, Universtity of São Paulo, funded by FAPESP (grant no. 2017/17800-0) under the supervision of Prof.Dr. Hellmut Eckert from 2018 to 2022 and at the RWTH-Aachen University under the supervision of Prof. Thomas Wiegand (funded by the Max Planck Institute for Chemical Energy Conversion) from 2022 to 2023. Spent three months at TU Graz as a self-funded researcher (FAPESP project # 2021/10081-4) under the supervision of Prof.Dr. H. Martin Willkening between Nov 2021 to Jan 2023.
