B.S in Chemistry (2007), PhD in Energy from Federal University of ABC with six months as visiting PhD student at the Centre for Nanoporous Materials of University of Manchester under the supervision of Professor Mike Anderson (2013) and Postdoctoral researcher from Institute of Chemistry of University of São Paulo (2015). My main research focus has always been on materials chemistry, photochemistry, wastewater treatment and the production of sustainable energy. Specially on the design of versatile and environmentally friendly methodologies to obtain functional hybrid materials based on mesoporous materials, graphene, aromatic imides, metallic and semiconductor nanoparticles with high level of structural organization and uniformity for applications in heterogeneous photocatalysis, electrocatalysis and plasmonics.
