Ministério da Educação (Brasil). Universidade Federal do ABC (UFABC). Centro de Engenharia, Modelagem e Ciências Sociais Aplicadas (CECS) (Institutional affiliation for the last research proposal) Birthplace: Brazil
Bachelor in Chemistry with technological attributions (2007), PhD in Energy from the Center for Engineering, Modeling and Applied Social Sciences at the Federal University of ABC (2013). I worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the Institute of Chemistry (2015) and at the Department of Chemical Engineering at Escola Politécnica (2019) both in the University of São Paulo, and at the Center for Innovation on New Energies (CINE) / UFABC-IPEN-Shell-FAPESP in division 3-Methane to Products (2021). In addition, I have served as a visiting researcher at the Institute of Physical Chemistry of Materials, Environment and Energy at the University of Buenos Aires (Argentina, 2009) and at the Center for Nanoporous Materials at the University of Manchester (United Kingdom, 2012). I have experience in the areas of materials chemistry and sustainable energy production. Specifically, I have been working in the design and characterization of nanomaterials composed of mesoporous silica, metal oxides nanoparticles with controlled composition, size and shape for heterogeneous catalysis applications in the conversion of methane into value-added products.
