Universidade de São Paulo (USP). Escola Politécnica (EP)  (Institutional affiliation from the last research proposal)
Birthplace: Brazil

He is currently a data scientist at Braskem a petrochemical company. He holds a PhD at the University of São Paulo at the Research Center of Gas Innovation, in the area of #8203;#8203;CO2 use. The focus of the research is the manufacture of chemicals from CO2, which will provide a sustainable low carbon path for the chemical industry. In addition, the integration of a multi-product plant with a thermoelectric plant and capture unit can be favored by synergies and integration between flows evaluated by optimization techniques and process synthesis. He holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the State University of Campinas, where he worked with optimization and minimization calculations of Gibbs free energy for the Fischer Tropsch process. He graduated from the University of Hull (UK) where he worked in the areas of thermal energy storage and oxyfuel combustion. Has experience in the area of #8203;#8203;Chemical Engineering, Energy and Materials. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
