Electrical Engineer and M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Campinas (UNICAMP). He is currently a PhD student in Electrical Engineering at the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering, UNICAMP (FEEC/UNICAMP), under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Marcos J. Rider, with a scholarship from the São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP). His research focuses on electric power systems, with emphasis on the planning and operation of microgrids, integration of distributed energy resources, electric mobility, energy storage systems, and the application of optimization and machine learning techniques to energy management. During his master's degree, he conducted a research internship at GECAD, Polytechnic of Porto School of Engineering (ISEP), Portugal, supported by a FAPESP BEPE fellowship. He has participated in research and development projects involving microgrids and electric mobility, including the development and experimental validation of solutions for smart electric vehicle charging. His scientific production includes publications in international journals and conferences in the areas of power systems, microgrids, electric vehicles, energy storage, and green hydrogen. He was a member of the team that won the H2Ótimo Award in 2023 and received recognition at the 2026 Inventors Award of the University of Campinas for technology related to intelligent electric vehicle charging management.
