Graduate in Physics - University of Havana (2000), Master degree in Physics - Federal University of São Carlos (2003) and Ph.D. in Physics - Federal University of São Carlos (2007). Postdoctoral researcher in Physics from 2007 to 2009. From february 2009 he exerts the professor position in the Department of Physics of the Federal University of São Carlos. He has experience in the area of Physics of the Condensed Matter with emphasis in ferroelectric ceramics, acting mainly in the following subjects: Texture of Ferroelectric Ceramics, Multiferroic Materials, Magnetoelectrics, Induced Properties in Ferroelectric Materials.
