He compleated post-graduation course (lato sensu) in nanotechnology in electronics and received the PhD degree in physics from the Lobachevsky State University of Nizhni Novgorod, Nizhni Novgorod, Russia, in 2009 and 2016, respectively. His current research interests include the synthesis and characterization of carbon nanostructured materials (nanotubes, graphene and ultrathin graphite etc) and devices based on this materials, focusing on the investigation of electrical, thermal and magnetic properties. He is currently a Post-Doctoral Fellow with The "Gleb Wataghin" Institute of Physics and Center for Semiconductor Components and Nanotechnologies (State University of Campinas, Campinas, Brazil) studying transport phenomena in condensed matter.
