Biologist from the University of São Paulo (USP), currently pursuing a Direct PhD in the Biology (Genetics) Program at the Institute of Biosciences of USP (IB-USP), in partnership with the Center for Research on the Human Genome and Stem Cells. Her research focuses on the development of genetically modified NK cells for the expression of a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR-NK) and the investigation of the antitumor potential of these cells against cell lines of Central Nervous System tumors, specifically Glioblastoma. She conducted her undergraduate research in the Translational Genomics Laboratory of the Department of Genetics and Evolutionary Biology at IB-USP, where she investigated the effect of OCT4 expression factor activity on the phenotype of neuroprogenitor cells differentiated from iPSCs. She has experience in the fields of cell and molecular biology and immunology, with an emphasis on cancer molecular biology and tumor immunology. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
