As a Research Scientist at the University of Missouri, my work focuses on understanding and mitigating Earth's surface changes, with a particular emphasis on soil erosion and biomass dynamics. Leveraging advanced remote sensing, UAV-radar, and machine learning, I explore solutions for soil science and crop/pasture management within precision agriculture frameworks. My research also includes 3D soil surface modeling using photogrammetry for enhanced soil conservation.In addition to my role, I actively collaborate with an extended global network, notably Cranfield University in the United Kingdom, advancing international projects. I'm a key contributor to the UN-funded Cotton Soil Project in Africa, where we use UAV imagery to promote sustainable soil practices across urban and agricultural landscapes.
