I studied Food Chemistry at the Federal University of Pelotas (UFPEL-Brazil) and I got a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology at the same University, where I worked with postharvest physiology and biochemistry of fruits and vegetables. In 2013, I received a scholarship from ?Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES-Brazil)? to develop the doctoral thesis degree in Biology and Food Science at the Institute of Food Science Research (CIAL- Spain). My PhD thesis focuses on the applicability of advanced analytical tools for a metabolomics evaluation of bioactive compounds, focusing on the development of new methodologies. Then, I was contracted as a postdoctoral researcher, from 2017 to 2018, at UFPEL, Brazil, Postgraduate Program in Food Science and Technology (PPGCTA). During my postdoctoral stay at UFPEL, I collaborated to the development of several projects, employing untargeted and targeted analysis by mass spectrometry. In 2019, I started to work as a Postdoctoral research fellow at the University of Sao Paulo (USP) in Ribeirao Preto (SP-Brazil), where I develop new strategies for lipidomics analysis of venoms by liquid chromatography coupled to high-resolution mass spectrometry (LC-HRMS), focusing on biologically active lipids and inflammatory processes. Actually, I am working as a Postdoctoral researcher at the University of Ribeirao Preto (UNAERP), and I am responsible for the screening analysis of medicinal plants used in the Nature pharmacy "Farmácia da Natureza da Terra de Ismael" at Ribeirao Preto.
