Graduated in Veterinary Medicine at Federal University of Lavras (UFLA), during than she was a member of the Tutorial Education Program (PET) in Veterinary Medicine, under the advisement of Professor Henrique Ribeiro Alves de Resende, and participated in the Science without Borders Program - Germany, where she held a sandwich degree in Veterinary Medicine at Free University of Berlin (FU Berlin), Capes being the institution of funding. Master of Science, in the Area: Animal Nutrition and Production (Meat Science), by the School of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science of University of São Paulo (FMVZ/USP), under the advisement of Professor Angélica Simone Cravo Pereira and co-advisement of Doctor Mirele Daiana Poleti. She is currently a Ph.D. student in Science, in the Program: Animal Bioscience at the Faculty of Animal Science and Food Engineering of University of São Paulo (FZEA/USP), working in research related to the science of meat, under the advisement of Professor José Bento Sterman Ferraz and co-advisement by Dr. Mirele Daiana Poleti., acting on researches related to meat science.
