Luis Henrique da Silveira Lacerda

He has a Chemistry graduation degree from the State University of Ponta Grossa (2012), an Applied Chemistry master's degree from the State University of Ponta Grossa (2015), and a Chemistry Ph.D. from the State University of Ponta Grossa (2019). He carried out a PNPD-CAPES program postdoctoral fellow at the State University of Ponta Grossa (2019-2020) and a FAPESP postdoctoral fellow at the State University of Campinas (2020-2022). He is an adjunct professor in the area of physical chemistry at the chemistry department at the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC) and co-leader of the Molecular Electronic Structure Group (GEEM).He has experience in the field of chemistry and physical chemistry, working mainly with computational simulations based on Density Functional Theory (DFT) to study the chemistry of materials, drugs and other organic compounds, organometallic coordination compounds, magnetic materials, supramolecular chemistry, polymers, catalysis, and photocatalysis.
