Received Psychologist degree from Mackenzie Presbyterian University (2002) and specialized in Transit Psychology in Cruzeiro do Sul University (2003). Graduated in master (2006) and doctor (2010) in Psychological Assessment in São Francisco University, with split PhD in University of Évora (Portugal) and in University of Toledo (USA). Has experience in counseling and in academic field, working mainly with the following themes: construction of instruments, emotional intelligence and personality, computerized adaptive testing. Was associate professor at State University of Londrina (UEL) during 2010-2020, and currently is adjunct professor at São Carlos Federal University (UFSCar). Is ad hoc consultant of Federal Council of Psychology's Consultive Committee in Psychological Assessment, being also member of the Committee in 2013. Was invited researcher at the University degli Studi di Torino (Italy) in 2015-2016 and at the University of Toledo in 2018, where conducted postdoctoral research.
