Graduated in International Relations from the Universidade Estadual Paulista "Júlio de Mesquita Filho" (UNESP), Campus de Franca - SP. He worked as an associate researcher at the Laboratory of New Technologies in International Relations (LANTRI-FCHS / UNESP), in which he dedicated himself to the systematic use of new Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) integrated to research in International Relations. Among the activities developed is data management, collection, organization, preservation, analysis and sharing of textual and audiovisual data from primary and secondary sources. In addition, he developed research, with the support of the Fundação de Amparo à Pesquisa do Estado de São Paulo (FAPESP), in the field of migratory movements included in the agenda of high international politics with a focus on the European Union and the impacts on its integration process. He is co-author of the article ?Nicaragua: under the bases of repression? that makes up the work ?International Regimes of Human Rights: Dialogues between Law and International Relations? and of the article ?From Unasur to Prosul: 'Friends, friends, business apart '?
