I hold a degree in Biology from the University of São Paulo (USP) and am currently pursuing a master's in Plant Biology at the University of Campinas (UNICAMP), with a focus on tree ecophysiology. I am interested in understanding how environmental factors and climate change affect key forest processes such as growth, mortality, and the provision of ecosystem services. My current research investigates how water availability influences tree growth in the Cerrado. I also collaborate with the AmazonFACE experiment, which will explore the plasticity of Amazonian tree species in response to rising atmospheric CO2 concentrations. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
