Obtained a master's degree (2008) and PhD (2013) in Science, the Graduate Diploma in Basic and Applied Immunology Program, concentration area Pathogenic Bioagents the Faculty of Medicine of Ribeirão Preto , University of São Paulo - USP . Participated in the Yale 's International Training Center for Global Infectious Diseases Research (ITC- GIDR) in 2009 as a Summer Fellow, Yale University, USA. Currently carrying out postdoctoral studies at the Microbiology and Immunology Department at the University of Michigan, USA. Has experience in molecular biology, with emphasis on the study of animal viruses and humans, acting on the following topics: Molecular diagnosis and serologic, evolution and viral immunopathogenesis.
