Veterinary Anesthesiologist at UFMG Veterinary Teaching Hospital. Graduated in veterinary medicine from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (PUC-MINAS) (2006); Master's degree in veterinary anesthesiology from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Zootechnics, Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (UNESP-Botucatu / SP) (2009); PhD in veterinary anesthesiology from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science, University of São Paulo (USP) (2016). He was Professor of the discipline of veterinary anesthesiology at PUC-MINAS between 2008-2010, and 2017. He held the position of veterinary anesthesiologist at UFMG from 2014 to 2018. He was Professor in Full Dedication to Teaching, Research and Extension of the Discipline of Anesthesiology Veterinary School of the Veterinary School of UFMG from 2018 to 2021. In addition to dedicating himself to extension activities as a clinical anesthetist and to teaching graduate studies in Veterinary Medicine, he works as a researcher within the lines of research: anesthetic monitoring, inhalation anesthesia, mechanical ventilation, acid-base balance and intensive veterinary medicine.
