holds a degree in Agronomy from Universidade do Oeste Paulista (2015); specialization in Food Safety from Anhembi Morumbi University (2020), Occupational Safety Engineering with an emphasis on Auditing from Faculdade de Minas (2022) and Phytotechnics of the Faculty of Education of Minas Gerais (2023); Master in Food Science from the State University of Maringá (2023) developing work with agricultural by-products to obtain new ingredients and post-harvest vegetables. PhD candidate (FAPESP Scholarship) in Agronomy at the Universidade do Oeste Paulista (2026).
