Graduate at Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria (2010) and master's at Materials Science and Engineering from African University of Science and Technology, Abuja (2013). Obtained a PhD in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from Universidade de Sao Paulo in 2022. He was a lecturer of Material and Metallurgical Engineering in Federal University, Oye-Ekiti, Nigeria, from 2013 to 2023. He currently has over 10 years classroom and laboratory experience in metallurgical and materials engineering. He possesses excellent qualities required for promoting learning and research in academic environment and contributing his own quota to already existing knowledge with an excellent command in communication skills. Research expertise in the use of PVD/PECVD system for the deposition of thin films including DLC, surface modification, failure analysis, tribology, corrosion, tribo-corrosion, materials characterization. Expertise with the use of SEM/EDS, XPS, optical microscope, Raman Spectroscopy, CETR-UMT tribometer, micro hardness tester, nano-indenter, AFM, 3D Profilometry, GD-OES, EELS, TEM and SAED.
