Justin Hugo Axel-Berg

Researcher in university governance and higher education development working full time in the project "Performance Indicators for São Paulo State Universities for International Comparison". Holds a Masters from the Institute of International Relations at the University of São Paulo (2015), a Bachelor's in philosophy from the University of Sussex and philosophy and bioethics from Monash University. He is also a member of the International Triple Helix Society.
