Fabricio Luiz Tulini has a bachelor and master degree by the Pharmacy by the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences of Ribeirao Preto - University of Sao Paulo - Brazil (2008-2011), and a co-tutelle doctoral degree by the University of Sao Paulo - Brazil, and Université de Bretagne Occidentale - France (2014). From 2014-2016, he was enrolled in a postdoctoral program at Faculty of Animal Science and Food Engineering - University of Sao Paulo - Brazil. He is currently Professor Adjunto C2 (equivalent to US Assistant Professor) at the Federal University of Western Bahia (UFOB), Barreiras/BA - Brazil, teaching in the area of Food Sciences, and acting mainly in the following research topics: food analyses; food quality; bioactive compounds and antioxidants in food.
