Holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the State University of Santa Cruz (UESC, Ilhéus, BA), a Master's and Ph.D. in Applied Physics from the University of São Paulo (IFSC-USP, São Carlos, SP), and MBA in Data Science and Analytics (USP/ESALQ). Currently a postdoctoral researcher at Embrapa Instrumentation, working on the development of optical biosensors for diagnostic and environmental monitoring applications. Has experience in vibrational spectroscopy, plasmonics, photonics, computer vision, and machine learning, with an emphasis on the application of artificial intelligence techniques in sensor data analysis.
