Graduated in Chemistry (1991), Masters (1998) and Doctorate (2023) from the State University of Campinas - UNICAMP and Specialization in Industrial Administration (1998) from Fundação Vanzolini - USP. Career developed in national and multinational companies in the food and chemical segment, acting at the level of Consulting, Expertise and Management in the areas of RD, Quality and Regulatory Affairs. Participation in company mergers, startup areas, technology transfers and department deployments. Management of own and third-party teams, as well as partnership with Human Resources in employee selection processes, integration and training, transfers and promotions, performance evaluation, dismissals and administrative procedures.RD/project management and expansions and/or optimizations of existing lines, from briefing to market launch. Steps involved: development of formulations, validation of suppliers and processes, monitoring of sensory tests, cost optimization of formulations and manufacture of products on a pilot and industrial scale; follow-up of product shelf-life studies. Management of the quality system, definition of procedures, tools, parameters and standards for process control (GMP, HACCP, SSOP, Internal and External Audits). Regulatory Affairs - Technical and legal support, follow-up of inspections, internal and external audits, "GMP" training, product registrations, licenses, operating permits, labeling words, qualification for manufacturing and/or export, acting to make business viable with official bodies (Ministry of Health, Ministry of Agriculture and INMETRO). Participation in strategic meetings, monitoring of costs and KPIs, technical visits as well as internal company events, fairs and lectures.
