PhD candidate in Political Science at the University of São Paulo (USP). Holds a Masters degree in Social Sciences from the Department of Latin American Studies at the University of Brasília (ELA-UnB) and a Bachelors degree in International Relations from the Institute of Higher Education of Brasília (IESB). She is a FAPESP (TT-IV-A) fellow in the PAR-CITY project (Participation in the City: How Urban Participatory Innovations are Reshaping Democracy, Governance, and Trust). Researcher at the Center for Democracy and Collective Action of the Brazilian Center for Analysis and Planning (NDAC-CEBRAP) and at the Center for Latin American Studies (NEL-UnB). She is also part of the "INCT Participa" - Transformations of Participation, Associativism, and Political Confrontation.
