PhD student in Medical Sciences from the Faculty of Medicine of the USP (USP), M.Sc. in Animal Science from the Araçatuba´s Faculty of Veterinary Medicine- UNESP (FOA / UNESP). Graduated in Biological Sciences from the Jaboticabal´s Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine - UNESP. Have experience with Immunopathology where he did research with MHC class II expression in macrophages infected dogs with Canine Visceral Leishmaniasis (CVL). In developed master's thesis: CD4 + FOXP3 + cells producing IL-10 in the spleen from dogs with visceral leishmaniasis. Used the real time PCR and ELISA as a method of diagnosis of CVL and Flow Cytometry Identification of cytokines produced as an immune response to the LVC. The PhD project aims to analyze the role of tolerance to lipopolysaccharide (LPS) in populations of Treg and Th17 lymphocytes in experimental sepsis. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
