Graduated from the University of São Paulo with a Biochemical Engineering degree in 2009 and is currently a PhD student under joint international supervision between the University of São Paulo and the University Claude Bernard Lyon 1. Current PhD research centers around the synthesis of nanocomposites by RAFT-mediated emulsion polymerization. Has experience in the chemical engineering area, with research interests focused in: ab-initio emulsion polymerization, living free-radical polymerization, RAFT and ATRP polymerization.
