Carolina Yuri Panvequio Aizawa

Bachelor's in Physiotherapy from University of São Paulo - USP (2009). Post graduated in Physiotherapy in Neurology from Federal University of São Paulo (UNIFESP - 2012). Master of Science in Rehabilitation from Faculty of Medicine, USP (February/16) and PhD student at USP now. Worked as a physiotherapist and tutoress of the Multidisciplinary Residency Program in Health (March-September/2012) in the Neurology and Neurosurgery unit of Hospital of São Paulo (UNIFESP) and as a physiotherapist at Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein until August 2013. Since 2012, when started master's studies, also works in child neurology area, conducting assessment, monitoring and early intervention of infants at the University Hospital of USP. She also worked on supervision of the final year undergraduate students in Physical Therapy in Child Neurology and at "Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP)" now. Has training in the basic and advanced courses in "Prechtl's Method of Qualitative Assessment of General Movements" for early detection of neurological deficits in infants, study area in which consisted her master's theme and which also currently consists your research area, in partnership with Medical University of Graz - Áustria (iDN- interdisciplinary Developmental Neuroscience, Division of Phoniatrics).
