Cristiano Gonçalves Pereira

Bachelor in Biological Sciences with Masters and PhD in Cellular and Molecular Biology of Cancer. He holds a post-doctorate in Innovation Management from the Faculty of Economics, Administration and Accounting at Ribeirao Preto University (FEARP-USP) where he has worked on several projects related to technological forecasting and patent analysis using tools such as social network analysis and data-mining. He was a visiting scholar at the University of Texas-MD Anderson Cancer Center (03/2013 to 08/2014) in Houston-TX, and also at Portland State University (Portland-OR / USA), at the Engineering and Technology Management, where he developed a model for evaluation and forecasting of emerging technologies, at the patent level, for the biotechnology sector. He is currently a Research Fellow of the Innovation, Technological Management and Competitiveness Research Center - INGTEC; and level VII researcher at the Technology Transfer Office (TTO) at SUPERA Innovation and Technology Park in Ribeirão Preto, working on the management and elaboration of projects to attract innovation. He is also a guest lecturer at Fundace - Foundation for Research and Development of Administration, Accounting and Economics in the specialization course on Entrepreneurship and Management. He has extensive experience in topics dealing with biotechnology; technology management and innovation; technology forecasting, and intellectual property certified by awards, scientific production and lectures in the area.
