Ministério da Educação (Brasil). Universidade Federal do ABC (UFABC). Centro de Ciências Naturais e Humanas (CCNH)  (Institutional affiliation for the last research proposal)
Birthplace: Brazil

Graduate in Pharmacy, Federal University of Alfenas (2004) with specialization in Clinical Analysis in the same university (2005). He worked as a researcher in Undergraduate Research (2003-2005) on the following topics: Coffea arabica, Rubiaceae, antioxidant. He is Master Scientist in Toxicology, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of Sao Paulo (FCFRP-USP/Ribeirão Preto). He worked as a researcher at CNPq DTI on determination of metals and pesticides in food in FCFRP-USP. He is Ph.D. in Science (FCFRP-USP, 2012), where he worked with chemical speciation of arsenic in food, being part of this doctoral held at the University of Aberdeen, Scotland (Scotland, UK), with emphasis on the metabolism of arsenic by different rice cultivars and identification and quantification of phytochelatins by high performance liquid chromatography coupled simultaneously to plasma mass spectrometry and electrospray mass spectrometry (HPLC / MS, ICP-HR / HR-ESI-MS). It has more than 88 articles published in the areas of analytical chemistry, toxicology, food analysis and metabolism of chemicals and other. He held a scholarship from FAPESP in Post-doc at FCFRP USP, working with isolation of fungi from the rhizosphere of rice to evaluate biorremediation and absorption of nutrients. Currently he is professor in Analytical Chemistry at the Federal University of ABC. Researcher of Productivity Level II of CNPq since 2017. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
