Graduated in Food Sciences from the Luiz de Queiroz College of Agriculture - ESALQ / USP (2007-2011), during this period he was internship with scientific initiation at the Laboratory of Physiology and Biochemistry Postharvest of Fruits and Vegetables in the Department of Biological Sciences of ESALQ / USP (Fapesp Fellow). Improvement in Food Microbiology focusing on Public Health by the Adolfo Lutz Institute in the Department of Bromatology and Chemistry (2012-2014). She is an associate researcher at the Food Research Center (FoRC), one of the FAPESP-supported Research, Innovation and Dissemination Centers. Experience in the area of Food Science, acting on the following subjects: adhesion and internalization of Salmonella Typhimurium in leafy vegetation; scanning electron microscopy, cross contamination in ready-to-eat meat products, pathogenic bacteria, food microbiology, qPCR and food hygiene and safety.
