Guilherme Peixoto

Graduated in Environmental Engineering at the Engineering School of Piracicaba (2005) with Masters (2008) and Ph.D. degree (2011) in Hydraulics and Sanitation Engineering at the Engineering School of São Carlos - University of São Paulo (EESC-USP). Experienced in Environmental Engineering, with emphasis on Hydrogen and Methane Production from Agro-industrial and Domestic Wastes in Packed-bed Reactors, Fermentation Products and Wastewater Treatment, working mainly in the field of Biofuels Production from Domestic and Agro-industrial Wastes. Developed Processes for Pentoses Fermentation for Third Generation Ethanol Production, in a postdoctoral position at Physics Institute of São Carlos (IFSC-USP).
