Graduated in Dentistry, Faculty of Dentistry of the Triangulo Mineiro (1974), master's (1981) and Ph.D. (1987) in Pediatric Dentistry from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho and Expertise in Radiology (1985) from the University of Campinas. Is currently an adjunct professor in the Department of Pediatric Dentistry, Araraquara Dentistry School / Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho. Has experience in dentistry, with emphasis in Pediatric Dentistry, acting on the following subjects: detection and assessment of carious lesions and formation defects of dental enamel, MIH and fluorosis.
