President of the Foundation for Agricultural and Forestry Studies and Research (FEPAF), for two consecutive terms (2012-2014, 2014-2016). President of the Foundation for Development of UNESP (FUNDUNESP). President of the Paulista Association of Phytopathology (APF) and member of the Brazilian Society of Phytopathology. Paulista Prize for Phytopathology in 2014. Editor-in-chief of the journal Summa Phytopathologica. Member of the editorial board of several journals, researcher 1-B of CNPq. Professor of Microbiology and Forest Pathology, Forest Engineering course (FCA / UNESP). Accredited in PPG-Plant Protection and PPG-Forestry Science, was Coordinator and Vice-Coordinator. Develops research in Phytopathology, in the areas of Forest Pathology, Epidemiology, Management and Disease Control in tree species. Training of human resources at all levels and have active scientific production and innovation.
