Bachelor and licensed in Biological Sciences by the Institute of Biosciences of the University of São Paulo (USP) with specialization in Molecular Biology (Institute of Chemistry - USP) and Medical Genetics (Institute of Biosciences - USP). Master and Doctor by the Institute of Biosciences of the University of São Paulo. Professional experience in Brazil and abroad (Canada and Netherlands) in the field of oncology with a focus on Li-Fraumeni Syndrome (The Sick Kids Hospital Toronto - Canada) and Tuberous Sclerosis Complex (Erasmus Medical Center Rotterdam - Netherlands). Working in the area of laboratory procedures related to DNA analysis and genomics with emphasis on mutation detection with Sanger sequencing methodologies, real-time PCR, MLPA, NGS and Arrays (SNP and CGH), preparation and release of clinical-molecular reports, in addition to experience with cell culture, in silico and bioinformatics analysis (R tool). I was president of the CIPA (Internal accident prevention committee, 2020-2021) of the Centro de Genomas - EuroFins, Specialist in NGS and promoted to the Coordinator of the Personalized Medicine Sector of the Centro de Genomas - EuroFins. Since July 2021 I have been working at Dasa|GeneOne as a Molecular and Genetic Specialist working in the entire NGS, Arrays (SNP, CGH and Methilation), MLPA, MS-MLPA, real-time PCR, Sanger sequencing process chain, focusing on the development and validation of new products and clinical reports, improvement processes of bench procedures and analysis of results.
