She has a degree in Economics from the Regional University of Blumenau Foundation (FURB), a specialization in Solidarity Economy and Social Technology, a master's degree and a doctorate in Science and Technology Policy from the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP), with a post-doctoral internship at the Institute of Social Sciences of the University of Lisbon (ICS-UL). She is an adjunct professor at the Department of Economics and Coordinator of the Postgraduate Program in Public Policy at the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR), leader of the Development Perspectives Study Group (GEPEDE) and vice-leader of the Science, Technology and Society and Gender and Public Policy groups - linked to the same institution. He has dedicated himself to the analysis of public policies, the evaluation of policies based on Program Theory and the analysis of political narratives, with an emphasis on the National Science, Technology and Innovation Policy, Critical Innovation Studies, the analysis of innovative behavior on the part of the Brazilian business community, and the field of Social Technology. He is currently the leader of the Brazilian group of the CyTED Network: PCyT-Lab STI Policy Laboratory: Transferable models at the local scale (https://www.cyted.org/es/pyct-lab), is part of the coordination of the Brazilian Association of Teaching, Research and Extension in Social Technology (ABEPETS), and is also a member of the Steering Committee of the Latin American Association of Social Studies of Science and Technology (ESOCITE).
