Bachelor degree in Nutrition from the School of Public Health (University of São Paulo) bachelor degree in Sports from the School of Physical Education and Sports of the University of São Paulo with a Master degree and PhD in Nutrition and Public Health from the School of Public Health (FSP / USP). Post-doctoral researcher at the Cellular signalling Laboratory / OCRC (UNICAMP) under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Licio Augusto Velloso between 2016 and 2021. The main areas of research are the effects of dietary intervention (with emphasis in fatty acids) in the cardiometabolic risk profile and obesity. Currently she is a researcher at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (NMBU, Norway) coordinating a project that will evaluate the effects of a nutritional intervention with foods that present different compositions of fatty acids in the young adults.
