Graduated in Biological Sciences (emphasis in biotechnology), with a Master's Degree in Biological Sciences (Applied Microbiology) by UNESP and PhD in Chemistry by the Federal University of São Carlos. Has experience with synthesis and characterization of Layered Double Hydroxide (LDH) and in the application of this class of materials as anion exchange systems. Also has great experience in fermentative processes. She has interests in the research areas of nanomaterials synthesis and application of nanometric materials in biological systems.
